Once again we decided that we wanted to make some dinner for the whole family. We came up with a last minute plan to make some lemon pepper and panko fried chicken, some more of our baked mac and cheese that we have been obsessed with, but this time not as spicy, along with some lemon zest alfredo. In three separate bowls we prepared bread crumbs with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. In a second bowl we made the egg wash where we put, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon zest, with salt and pepper, in a third bowl we put flour and added lemon pepper, salt, pepper, cayenne, onion, and garlic powder. We breaded all of the chicken starting with the flour, then the egg wash, and finally the bread crumbs. We fried the chicken in a pan with some oil and then turned out amazing. The baked mac and cheese we made a rou in which we added sharp cheddar, sharp white cheddar, mexican blend, and cream cheese. We added half and half and a 1/4 cup of flour with butter. We mixed the rou in with the macaroni, and added more cheese on top of the mixture, then placed the pan into the oven until the top was golden brown. Finally, we made the alfredo. For this we concocted a rou and added lemon zest, parmesan cheese, cayenne, chili flakes, garlic and onion powder, and some fried onions. This dinner turned out really amazing and my dad even went back for a second plate, since he enjoyed it so much.
